Job Title: Sheet Metal Mechanic (A-Licensed) Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Sheet Metal Mechanic to perform heavy checks on CRJ aircraft for regional airline customers. This role requires expertise in structures, fabrication, installation, and repair of aircraft sheet metal.

• Conduct heavy C/D checks and inspections on CRJ aircraft.
• Fabricate and install structural components according to blueprints.
• Modify and repair sheet metal as required.
• Perform structural installations and ensure airframe integrity.
• Work efficiently under tight timeframes and complete assigned work orders.

• 2+ years of experience in aircraft sheet metal/structures.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
• Proficiency in fabrication, installation, and modification of sheet metal.
• A license is required.
• Must possess own tools.

Work in a heavy MRO environment that is fast-paced and time-sensitive. The facility operates 24/7, offering a Southern Swing Shift with options for front end or back end shifts. Employees can expect a casual dress code, with the flexibility to wear shorts or pants. Shift hours are 12-hour shifts, alternating between 4 days on and 3 days off for one week, followed by 3 days on and 4 days off the next week.

This is a Contract position based out of Bridgeport, WV.

The pay range for this position is $38.00 - $38.00/hr.
