Job 19093: Immigration Attorney

Expanding law firm is seeking an Attorney to support business immigration matters for their midtown Manhattan office on a temporary basis.

The ideal candidate is an analytical professional with:

• 10+ years of corporate immigration experience

• Experience managing immigrant and non-immigrant matters including H1-B, L-1, E-2, EB-1, EB-2, EB-3, EB-5, PERM and adjustment of status

• Admission to the New York State Bar

• Stellar legal research skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Additional information:

• Compensation: $90.00/hour - $110.00/hour commensurate with experience

• To start: ASAP

• Duration: Ongoing

• Opportunity to work in a fully remote or hybrid capacity

• Candidates must reside in New York or New Jersey

• Possibility to go permanent (on a hybrid schedule)
