Role: Senior Radiologic Technologist Responsibilities Perform a variety of diagnostic radiographic exams with a focus on pediatric imaging Ensure compliance with radiation safety and pediatric sedation protocols Provide compassionate, family-centered care to patients and families Collaborate with radiologists, nurses, and child-life specialists to optimize workflows Support quality improvement initiatives and mentor junior technologists Qualifications & Skills Experience in pediatric radiography and diagnostic imaging Knowledge of radiation safety and sedation protocols Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, learning environment Mentorship and teamwork skills to support staff development #J-18808-Ljbffr CARIN Alliance
