We’re looking for a Clinical Supervisor to join our growing Lake County leadership team as we continue expanding across Lake County, including the opening of our third location in Gurnee later this year. This is not a purely administrative role. We’re looking for an experienced clinician who enjoys mentoring therapists, strengthening clinical quality, supporting team culture, and helping build a sustainable, high-performing practice that clinicians actually want to stay in long term.
