Responsibilities

Warmly welcome every person who walks through our doors with a genuine smile.

Manage incoming phone calls, directing inquiries to the right department or team member.

Process payments for service visits and vehicle sales accurately and efficiently.

Maintain a tidy and inviting reception area that reflects our commitment to excellence.

Assist the sales and service offices with light clerical duties, like filing or document organization.

Provide helpful information to guests, ensuring they feel valued and informed during their visit.

Requirements

Prior experience in a customer-facing role or front-desk environment.

Solid understanding of basic cash handling procedures and point-of-sale systems.

Strong organizational habits and the ability to manage multiple tasks at once.

Clear and friendly verbal communication skills.

High school diploma or equivalent education.

Familiarity with automotive dealership operations is a bonus.
