Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:Installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing commercial HVAC equipment at assigned locationsPerforming routine inspections and preventive maintenance on mechanical systemsServicing equipment such as chillers, boilers, cooling towers, air handling units, VAV boxes, pumps, VFDs, and air compressorsCoordinating with customers regarding maintenance issues, work orders, and scheduled shutdownsProcuring materials and resolving technical issues efficiently and cost-effectivelyEnsuring all work complies with local, state, and federal codes and company standardsRepresenting the company professionally at all times—courteous, neat, and safety-focusedWhat We're Looking ForWe're seeking a skilled technician with strong technical knowledge and a commitment to safety and service.Minimum 5 years of experience servicing and repairing HVAC equipmentEPA 608 Universal CertificationExperience with rooftop units, split systems, air handlers, boilers, pumps, fans, cooling towers, VFDs, and building automation systemsKnowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and basic electrical troubleshootingAbility to read blueprints and schematicsProficiency with mobile devicesValid driver's licensePhysical & Schedule RequirementsAbility to climb, stoop, and lift 50 lbs or more regularlyAvailability for after-hours scheduled work and emergency calls as neededWhy Join Us?We offer more than just a job—we offer stability, growth, and support.Company vehicle, gas card, and iPad provided.Competitive pay based on experience.Comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, and vision insurance401(k) with company match.Opportunities for training, certification, and career advancementNote: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
