Receptionist Part Time

We are looking for an applicant who can work 3-5 shifts per week , with potential to increase if wanted. The applicant needs to be able to do a combination of morning, afternoon, weekday, and weekend shifts. Shifts 7a-3p 3p-9p Duties Answer telephone professionally Greet visitors pleasantly Monitor call bells and roam alert Assist SIC and Med Tech as needed to check in supplies and stock med carts Assist residents who come to nurse’s station Make sure all residents are Signed In and Out Make sure all Vendors Sign In and Out Assure that the Nurse’s Station is not unattended unless you are responding to a Roam Alert Alarm Prepare proper paperwork and documentation for residents to take to their medical appointments Direct all messages and questions to the appropriate person Required Dress Scrubs #J-18808-Ljbffr
