Job Summary:
The position of Labor and Delivery Registered Nurse (LDRP RN) is based in Polson, Montana. This role involves providing specialized obstetric care in a Unit with a focus on labor, delivery, and postpartum services. Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day. The assignment is scheduled for the night shift, with a minimum of 36 hours per week starting on 07/27/2026.

Job Details:

• Location: Polson, Montana
• Shift: Nights (12-hour shift)
• Minimum Hours Per Week: 36.0 hours
• Required Qualifications: Valid Montana (MT) or Compact Registered Nurse (RN) license; 3+ years of recent experience in labor, delivery, and obstetrics; certifications including BLS, NRP, and CLC (or similar); experience circulating for Cesarean sections, triage of obstetrical patients, sterile vaginal exams, and obstetric patient triage; recent travel experience preferred.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience with Epic electronic medical record system, ability to float within the facility, and readiness to work at least one holiday in summer or winter, including paired holiday scheduling.
• Additional Responsibilities: Float within the facility as needed, respond to specific scheduling requests upfront, and adhere to holiday coverage requirements.
• Certifications: BLS, NRP, CLC, or equivalent.
• Compliance Requirements: Last four digits of SSN and RTO (Request for Time Off) to be listed at submission; post-submission RTO not approved. References covering 1 year (6 months for CNAs) required, prior to start. Must specify if previously worked at a Providence facility.
• Additional Information: Travelers should be prepared to float within the facility. Return staff must wait 3 months before submitting as travelers. Candidates on 48-hour schedules must account for overtime after 48 hours weekly. No direct contact with facility unless scheduled.
