What You'll Be Doing:

• Connect with customers via phone, email, SMS, and website inquiries—turning leads into loyal fans

• Break down and explain services clearly to help customers find the right fit

• Support both customers and field experts by managing inbound and outbound communications

• Keep things organized with accurate data entry in our CRM system (PestRoutes)

• Look for opportunities to improve our customer journey and share your ideas

• Tackle other fun and meaningful projects as they come!

What You Bring to the Table:

• A high school diploma (or equivalent)

• Previous customer service experience (call center, hospitality, retail, etc. is a bonus!)

• Solid communication and people skills—you know how to keep things clear and positive

• Tech comfort: You’re good with Google Docs, Sheets, and Slides

• A proactive mindset and a desire to grow with a company that’s growing fast
