Advocate for members and provide solutions to help them achieve financial goals Attract new retail and business members and deepen relationships with existing members using The Member Advantage approach Deliver exceptional member service with accuracy and operational excellence, including problem and complaint resolution Support branch growth of a profitable book of business and achievement of individual, team, and corporate goals Build new relationships through Community/Foundation involvement and existing member referrals Promote, educate, and demonstrate available member service channels Participate in coaching, job shadowing, mentoring, and training Detect and report fraud or irregular activities Ensure compliance with applicable policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines Achieve goals and objectives provided by management Requirements Associate degree preferred, or equivalent education and experience One to two years of branch banking experience Must pass and maintain a Notary Public License within 6 months of completing Relationship Banker Training Signature Guarantee permissions Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint Ability to multitask to meet or exceed minimum performance standards Effective verbal, written, and listening communication skills Strong interpersonal skills Flexibility to work out of any regional location as business needs dictate Ability to lift at least 10 pounds and stand for long periods Ability to operate in a rapidly changing, dynamic environment Bilingual individuals fluent in a second language in addition to English are highly encouraged to apply Core Competencies Demonstrates strong member advocacy and relationship-building skills while ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines.
