Marketing Associate

ABOUT THE ROLE We're hiring a Marketing Associate to join our team and grow into a CRM & Email Marketing specialist. This is a hands-on role to start. You'll support a range of marketing tasks across multiple brands under LAGOM, with a strong focus on WEDAY and GLOOP, our primary brand known for smoking accessories that blend function, aesthetics, and self-expression. WHAT YOU'LL DO To start, you'll help across a mix of marketing tasks, which include: Pulling basic performance data and helping compile reports Light copywriting and editing for marketing materials General marketing/admin support across brands as needed As you grow into the role, you'll take on more CRM-specific responsibility, including: Building and maintaining automated email/SMS flows Managing list growth and segmentation strategy Monitoring deliverability and sender health Running retention programs Owning email campaign planning, copy, and design REQUIREMENTS 1+ years of marketing work experience Working proficiency in Canva or similar design tools Good copywriting skills with an aesthetic sense Organized and able to manage multiple tasks at once Basic understanding of layout, typography, visual hierarchy Tech and AI-savvy: comfortable using tools like ChatGPT for content ideation and Claude for workflows and data Experience with Klaviyo is a huge plus BENEFITS Salary Range: $20–$24/hour, depending on experience #J-18808-Ljbffr
