Diagnostic Radiologist - RUHS The radiology department at Riverside University Health System (RUHS) has an opening for a diagnostic radiologist affiliated with the Loma Linda University Faculty Medical Group. Located in Southern California’s Inland Empire, the facility serves a population of over 200,000 imaging examinations per year and is a Level I Trauma Center, Primary Stroke Center, and Joint Commission‑named Top Performer on Key Quality Measures. Responsibilities Participate in ongoing quality improvement and scholarly activity. Teach radiology residents, provide quarterly lectures to family and internal medicine residents. Provide 13 weeks of call coverage for fluoroscopic studies, cover weekend film reading from home, and share holiday coverage with the team. Coverage averages 1–2 home shifts per week from 7 am–4 pm or 11 am–8 pm, with remaining on‑site shifts from 8 am–5 pm. No scheduled work after 8 pm or before 7 am; backup coverage is available. Assist with installation and utilization of new imaging equipment. Qualifications Completion of a diagnostic radiology residency. Optional experience in mammography. Experience working in a teaching environment preferred. Compensation & Benefits Starting base compensation ranges from $500,000 to $550,000. Variable compensation and productivity bonuses are not included in this range.
