Hospice RN Clinical Operations Lead

Good Shepherd Health Care in Hermiston, OR is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to coordinate daily clinical operations within the Hospice unit. You will support staffing, patient flow, and comply with regulatory standards while delivering high-quality patient care.

The role requires RN licensure in Oregon and at least three years of RN experience in a specialty area; BSN/MSN is preferred. This is a full-time, on-site position with employer-paid medical, dental, and vision benefits.
