Certified Medication Technician Compensation: $21.63 - $24.03 / hour Department: Clinic Job Summary The Certified Medication Technician is responsible for administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and assisting with activities of daily living under the supervision of a registered nurse. The role ensures compliance with medication protocols and participates in audits, training, and performance improvement activities. The technician documents medication administration and patient observations accurately while maintaining HIPAA confidentiality standards. They assist in training new staff, attend team meetings, support overall clinical operations, handle equipment, manage supplies, and float to various patient care areas as needed.
