What You’ll Do :

• Support month-end close, account reconciliations, and financial reporting activities
• Analyze financial results, investigate variances, and provide insights to leadership
• Assist with capital project and fixed asset accounting, including reporting and reconciliations
• Partner with operations and finance teams to improve processes and strengthen controls
• Support audits, forecasting, budgeting, and special projects as needed

Qualifications & Requirements :

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
• 4+ years of accounting experience, with a strong foundation in general accounting and financial reporting
• Experience with reconciliations, journal entries, financial analysis, and month-end close
• Experience with ERP systems (Oracle preferred) and advanced Excel skills
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills with a collaborative mindset
• Interest in developing expertise within capital and fixed asset accounting preferred
