Senior Manager – Marketing Communications Location: (US) / Atlanta, Georgia We are hiring for one of our clients, who is one of the leading tire manufacturers Main Purpose of Job Lead the development and execution of integrated marketing communications across North America (Americas, US and Canada), with a strong focus on trade marketing and retailer collaboration. Deliver campaigns aligned with global brand strategy while adapting messaging to local market needs to drive brand visibility, customer engagement, and commercial performance (commercial success across the region). Oversee regional MarCom activities across the U.S. and Canada, including sell-out campaigns across PCT, TBR, and OHT segments. KPIs (Measurable parameters of the role) & Dimensions (What is the span of the role) Execute marketing communications initiatives focused on trade marketing and commercial activation in alignment with business objectives / MarCom Strategy. Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual budgets for the MarCom department. Track and report on team goals, ensuring timely delivery of activities and campaigns. Maintain consistency of brand and design standards across all channels and marketing activities, including events, email campaigns, web pages, and promotional materials. Coordinate with Sales and Marketing teams to support commercial initiatives and enhance brand awareness. Main Responsibilities / Job Summary (Primary deliverables of role and its scope) Main responsibilities: Integrated Campaign Management Lead the planning and execution of regional integrated B2B and B2C campaigns (trade) across digital, print, events, PR, social media, and trade channels (i.e. marketing programs which will drive sales). Manage agency partnerships, media planning, and content development to ensure high-impact delivery. Regional Marketing Execution Localise global campaigns for North America (tailor campaigns to local market needs), ensuring cultural relevance and commercial alignment. Partner with regional sales and product teams to deliver North America product launches, B2C promotions, and B2B initiatives. Stakeholder management & Cross-functional Collaboration Act as the key liaison between central marketing and regional/local teams as well as the senior leadership to ensure consistency and commercial effectiveness. Collaborate closely with internal departments to ensure alignment and execution excellence. Skills & Knowledge Requirements (Abilities / Knowledge & Expertise in field) Knowledge (Technical/ Functional) Strong knowledge of marketing communications brand management, and campaign management. Experience in trade marketing, commercial activation, and lead generation. Good understanding of digital marketing channels, including social media, email marketing, and web content. Analytical skills with experience using Google Analytics or similar web analytics tools. Familiarity with Google Ads and digital advertising platforms is desirable. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. Experience managing marketing budgets, agencies, and external vendors. Knowledge of CRM, SAP and marketing automation tools is an advantage. Strong stakeholder management, influencing, and relationship-building skills. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Commercially minded, with the ability to align marketing activities (B2B marketing campaigns) to business objectives and drive business results. Results-oriented with strong project management and execution capabilities. Proven ability to prioritize multiple priorities, coordinate, and deliver multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment. Collaborative team player with the ability to work effectively across functions, regions, and levels of the organization. Qualifications BSc or MSc in Marketing or relevant field Experience 10+ years of relevant work experience in Marketing for an automotive or tire company Experience leading and executing marketing communications, brand, and trade marketing initiatives. Proven experience managing integrated marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels. Experience collaborating with senior stakeholders, including commercial, sales, and leadership teams. Experience managing agencies, vendors, events, and marketing budgets. B2B and/or B2C marketing experience within a regional or multinational environment. Brand Governance & Performance Maintain brand consistency across all customer touchpoints in the US region. Monitor and report on campaign performance (i.e. effectiveness) and provide insights and recommendations to optimise future activities. Marketing Communications Leadership Partner with the functional leaders to support the delivery of the North America Marketing Communications strategy and key business objectives. Lead the planning and execution of marketing communications activities across B2B and B2C channels, ensuring alignment with brand and commercial priorities to support long-term growth. Provide oversight and guidance on marketing initiatives, working closely with internal stakeholders to maximize impact and support business growth.
