Role: Associate Director, Head & Neck Oncology Petosemtamab Marketing Professional Promotion – Field Activation & Experience, responsible for executing field-facing activation of promotional strategies and ensuring impactful customer engagement in HNSCC. Responsibilities include shaping brand strategy, leading field activation planning, collaborating with sales and cross-functional teams, supporting launch readiness, leveraging innovative technologies like AI for insights, and managing project timelines and budgets. Requirements: Bachelor's degree (MBA preferred), 8+ years in relevant marketing and sales experience, with oncology/HNSCC marketing experience and proven success in brand performance and cross-functional leadership. Preferred: prior sales experience, experience in emerging/developing organizations, accelerated approval familiarity. High-Value: oncology/HNSCC, therapeutic area focus, emerging organization environment, customer engagement, digital innovation, and domestic travel (~20-40%).
