Sales Recruiter

You're on a dialer system and autoconnected with candidates who applied for roles with our client companies. You read a script to screen and qualify these candidates, then schedule them directly to the client. What you'll be doing Prospect commercial accounts via cold outreach, referrals, and existing relationships Manage the full deal cycle from discovery through signed contract Run product demos, manage trial conversions, and grow account spend over time Bring back field intel - objections, pricing pressure, competitor activity - to weekly team huddle What success looks like Day 30: Through onboarding, first commission cleared, hitting daily activity targets Month 6: Consistently producing at the median earnings band (~$78K annualized) Year 1: Top quartile clears $119K+ and is in the conversation for team lead or closer roles Who we're looking for Coachable.
