CLMI Group is seeking a detail-oriented Construction Accounting Specialist (AR/AP) to manage accounts receivable and payable for multifamily development projects in Los Angeles. This on-site role requires construction industry accounting experience and strong job costing knowledge. You will work with project managers to track budgets, process invoices, draw requests, lien releases, and ensure accurate coding to job codes.
