Oversee daily agency operations, ensuring that every interaction our clients have with our office is seamless and professional. Analyze our performance metrics to identify trends and adjust our approach to stay ahead of the curve. Act as the primary point of contact for complex client concerns, using your expertise to provide meaningful solutions. Requirements Active Pennsylvania Property & Casualty and Life & Health insurance licenses. Three or more years of experience managing or leading a sales team within the insurance sector. Deep knowledge of personal lines insurance products and underwriting guidelines. Strong track record of meeting or exceeding established sales targets. Expertise in agency management software and lead generation tools. Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is helpful but not mandatory.
