Schedule:

• 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM, offering consistency and ample downtime for rest or exploration

Key Qualifications:

• Active RN license
• Minimum 1 year of recent acute care hospital PICU RN experience
• Current BLS & PALS certifications
• CRRT experience, APHON certification, or prior pediatric teaching hospital experience are strong advantages

Daily Responsibilities:

• Safely manage a 2:1 nurse-patient ratio within a supportive multidisciplinary team
• Execute critical pediatric procedures such as IV starts, blood draws, and TPT placements
• Collaborate in a technologically advanced, patient-centered environment
