About the Role

As a Registered Nurse Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the daily activities of our nursing team, providing exceptional care to our patients and residents. You will:

Oversee the delivery of high-quality nursing care, ensuring compliance with our center's policies and procedures
Supervise and mentor nursing staff, providing guidance and support as needed
Develop and implement individualized care plans for patients and residents
Collaborate with other departments, including physicians, therapists, and social services, to ensure comprehensive care
Conduct regular rounds, assessing patient and resident needs, and implementing interventions as needed

Responsibilities

Provide direct patient and resident care as needed
Manage and prioritize patient and resident assignments
Coordinate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions
Develop and maintain effective communication with patients, families, and staff
Participate in quality improvement initiatives and audits
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient and resident care
