TECHNICAL SUPPORT SPECIALIST (Permanent)
Our client, an international manufacturing organization with its US headquarters in WNY, is looking to add a Technical Support Specialist to their growing team.This employee will play a critical role in providing hands-on technical support/training to team members and customers to ensure seamless operational efficiency of equipment. Responsibilities:

Responsibilities:
- Deliverexceptional technical support both in-office and on-site for regionalcustomers
- Diagnoseand troubleshoot equipment issues, recommending cost-effective solutionsto meet customer needs and provide swift resolutions
- Fieldcustomer inquiries and respond promptly via phone, online platforms, or inperson
- Runon-site training sessions for customers and regional representatives onequipment operation and best practices
- Travelwithin the assigned region to support equipment start-ups, commissioningactivities, and troubleshooting efforts as needed (approximately 20%travel)
- Collaboratewith various internal teams and external vendors to enhance products,processes, and overall operational efficiency
- Develop,implement, and document corrective action plans when necessary in order toaddress quality or performance concerns
- Analyzecurrent processes to determine areas for improvement, focusing onincreasing efficiency, reducing cycle times, and improving overallperformance
- Work well in a team environment as wellas independently
- Other duties as assigned/as necessary
- Position is full-time, directhire
- 100% in-office/on-site
- Up to 20% travel withinassigned region
- $70,000- $85,000 annually depending on experience
- Associate'sdegree in Electrical or Building Controls, or related preferred
- 2+years' experience in HVAC/Controls industry experience
- Professionaldemeanor and ability to interact with various team members/customers
- Experienceworking in an industrial environment; strong knowledge of centrifugalpumps, heat exchangers, building automation controls/communicationprotocols (BACnet/Modbus)
- Bilingualis preferred: Spanish
- Greatinterpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)
- Strongorganization skills, analytical, and time management skills
- Strong& creative problem solving skills
- Meticulousattention to detail
- Self-motivated
- Relocationnot available
