Open new accounts, perform account maintenance, and maintain accurate customer records. Provide exceptional customer service by assisting with inquiries, problem resolution, and online banking support. Balance cash transactions, research discrepancies, and ensure accuracy in daily operations. Promote bank products and services, maintain compliance, and support branch operations as needed. Qualifications and Experience High school diploma or GED required. Cash-handling, banking, or customer service experience preferred. Strong customer service, communication, and relationship-building skills. Basic accounting knowledge and proficiency with computer applications. Ability to maintain confidentiality, manage multiple tasks, and work accurately in a fast-paced environment.
