Hours 6:45-7:15; Full Time: 36 hours per week, every other weekend; PRN: 12‑hour shifts, as needed. Compensation Base Compensation Range: $40.32-$47.52/hr depending on years of experience. Our nationally ranked facility delivers hospital‑level services, comparable to those provided on a medical‑surgical unit. You’ll collaborate with an exceptional interdisciplinary team to care for patients with complex medical needs, including: Intravenous therapy Surgical & wound care Tracheostomy management Mobility assistance Lines, tubes, and drains management You will be a key contributor in delivering compassionate, patient‑centered care that drives optimal recovery outcomes. Position Highlights at a Glance Average Length of Stay: 10–14 days Patient Conditions: Stroke, brain & spinal cord injuries, cardiac, orthopedic, complex medical & more Collaborative Care Environment: PT/OT/ST, physicians, respiratory therapy, case managers & more Advanced Clinical Experience: IVs, trachs, wound care, lines, tubes, and drains Schedules: 12‑hour shifts | 3 days/week | Rotating weekends/holidays with differential pay What You’ll Need Current RN License (State of TX) CPR required | ACLS & BLS preferred 1+ year of experience preferred (Acute care a plus) CRRN preferred Physical Requirements Prolonged standing, walking, bending, reaching, lifting (up to 50 lbs) Fine and gross motor skills Ability to operate equipment and computer systems Visual and auditory acuity for safe patient care Possible exposure to bodily fluids Ready to make a difference—and love where you work?
