Full-Time Early Childhood Education Teacher The Learning Circle is growing—and we’re looking for exceptional educators to join our school family. We are seeking Full-Time Early Childhood Education Teachers who are passionate about early education and committed to putting the needs of children first. What You'll Do Create and implement developmentally appropriate lesson plans aligned with our play-based educational philosophy Facilitate learning through purposeful play, exploration, and hands-on experiences Support children's social-emotional development through modeling, guidance, and direct instruction Create a nurturing classroom environment that encourages curiosity, independence, and discovery Collaborate effectively with assistant teachers and other members of our school team Conduct formal and informal assessments to monitor children's development and adapt instruction Communicate professionally and knowledgeably with families regarding their child's development and progress Utilize effective classroom management strategies and developmentally appropriate practices Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming classroom in accordance with state licensing and sanitation requirements Education & Experience Associate Degree in Early Childhood Education OR extensive Lead Teacher experience in a similar play-based early learning environment required 2-5 years of experience with play-based instruction or curriculum highly preferred Physical Requirements Candidates must be able to: Lift up to 50 lbs. repeatedly Stand and walk for extended periods Easily transition between standing and sitting on the floor Participate in gross motor activities with children Perform classroom tasks including sweeping, mopping, cleaning, and organizing Background Screening Employment is contingent upon successfully completing required criminal background screening and fingerprinting .
