PleasureLand RV Center is hiring a full-time Parts & Shipping Associate to help customers, process parts orders, ship and receive products, and keep inventory organized. No RV experience is required — we will train the right person.

This is a great fit for someone with experience in customer service, warehouse work, shipping and receiving, inventory, order fulfillment, automotive parts, retail sales, or logistics.

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:30 PM, with rotating Saturdays from 9:00 AM–3:00 PM.

In this role, you will support our parts operation by helping customers, processing orders, handling shipments, and keeping inventory organized.

Responsibilities include:

• Assist customers in person, over the phone, and online with parts questions and orders
• Process parts orders accurately and efficiently
• Pick, pack, and ship outgoing customer orders
• Receive, inspect, and organize incoming shipments
• Stock, label, and maintain parts inventory
• Update order and inventory information in company systems
• Help load and unload shipments as needed
• Keep warehouse, receiving, and sales areas clean and organized
• Work with team members to complete orders on time
• Provide friendly, helpful customer service

• Able to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and heavier items with team assistance or equipment

• Forklift operation
• Automotive, RV, marine, powersports, or equipment parts
