Part of the Adventist Health Central Valley Network (CVN) along with locations in Selma, Hanford, and Tulare. Excellent door-to-provider and throughput times. Cerner EMR and Vituity scribe support. 49-bed hospital with 10 main ER beds, one procedure room, one overflow room, and two triage rooms. Annual ED volume of approximately 39,000. Great culture with low turnover and a supportive atmosphere.

Estimated annual base compensation of $275,000 $900,000, depending on site, specialty, clinical volume, schedule, and experience. Compensation for part-time and per diem roles is prorated based on clinical hours worked. In addition, Vituity physicians participate in our partnership model from day one, which includes profit distributions, equity ownership, and K-1 tax advantages. Total compensation including partnership income varies by site and may significantly exceed the range shown.
