Role Description This part-time, on-site role is located in Minneapolis, MN. The Workshop Lead & Brand Experience Ambassador will oversee and facilitate in-person candle-making workshops while delivering exceptional customer experiences. Responsibilities include presenting brand values to customers, creating a welcoming and inspiring environment, providing hands‑on guidance during workshops, and ensuring smooth event execution. The role also includes fostering brand awareness and supporting event promotion when needed. Qualifications Strong Interpersonal Skills, Customer Service experience, and the ability to create positive client interactions Brand Ambassadorship and Brand Awareness to effectively represent Kobi Co. values and build meaningful connections with participants Excellent Communication skills, including verbal and public speaking abilities, to engage participants and communicate instructions clearly Prior experience in workshop facilitation or event hosting is a plus Ability to work flexibly to accommodate event schedules Passion for promoting self-care and creating memorable brand experiences #J-18808-Ljbffr
