We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse – Director of Surgical Services for a contract opportunity on the day shift. This leadership position is responsible for overseeing surgical services while supporting high-quality patient care, operational efficiency, and the advancement of the surgical caseload.

The ideal candidate will have strong perioperative experience, proven leadership experience, excellent organizational and interpersonal skills, and a strong understanding of AORN standards and recommended practices.

Requirements

Current Registered Nurse (RN) qualification.
BLS certification required.
ACLS certification required.
CNOR certification required.
3–5 years of proven perioperative experience.
3–5 years of proven practical leadership experience.
Experience demonstrating measurable/quantifiable accomplishments in advancing surgical caseload.
Advanced-level experience with current clinical technology.
Practical knowledge of information technology.
Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
Experience with AORN standards and recommended practices.
