Customer Service Representative

Accentuate Staffing is seeking a Customer Service Representative for a manufacturing company in Fuquay-Varina, NC. This role is responsible for coordinating custom label orders from initial purchase order review through production and delivery. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities:

• Review customer purchase orders for specifications, pricing, quantities, packaging, and delivery requirements; resolve discrepancies and enter orders accurately.
• Coordinate and expedite label orders by monitoring open orders and communicating updates with production teams.
• Serve as the primary liaison between customers and sales representatives, providing order updates, pricing, and issue resolution.
• Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure timely, accurate communication throughout the order process.
• Document quality issues and customer complaints and coordinate credit memos and billing adjustments with Accounting.

Requirements:

• Associate degree or equivalent combination of education and related experience.
• 1-2 years of related experience preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work effectively with customers, sales, and internal teams.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to read and interpret detailed instructions, technical documents, and procedures.
• Basic math skills and the ability to analyze information and draw sound conclusions.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
