Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $25.00 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeMon02:00 PM - 07:00 PMTue02:00 PM - 07:00 PMWed02:00 PM - 07:00 PMThur02:00 PM - 07:00 PMFri02:00 PM - 07:00 PM What You'll Do: Provide customer service to employees, visitors, patients, and vendors by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate. Greet visitors at the front desk, verify identification and authorization, issue visitor credentials, and maintain accurate visitor records in accordance with location requirements. Monitor access to the facility entrance and reception area, report unauthorized access attempts or unusual activity, and help to deter unauthorized entry. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate personnel and following established response protocols. Assist with directing visitors, answering routine questions, and communicating professionally with healthcare and laboratory personnel. Minimum Requirements: At least one year of security-related experience is required. A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
