As an AP Associate II, you'll play a key role in making sure our suppliers get paid accurately and on time while supporting the day-to-day operations that keep the business moving. If you love working in a fast-paced environment, solving problems, and making an impact behind the scenes—this role is for you.*This is an on-site position working a hybrid schedule (minimum 3 days in the office) at the Texas Roadhouse Support Center located in Louisville, Kentucky.What's On Your PlateProcess high-volume invoices, check requests, and electronic payments with accuracy and efficiencyInvestigate and resolve vendor payment discrepancies and invoice issuesPrepare journal entries, accruals, and account reconciliationsPartner with restaurants, suppliers, and internal teams to keep communication clear and timelySupport specialized AP functions like utilities, alcohol invoices, petty cash, and purchasing cardsAssist with fixed asset processing, including capital invoices and depreciation setupMaintain proper approvals and ensure compliance with company policiesReview vendor statements, track outstanding balances, and resolve discrepanciesHelp improve processes—whether it's digital invoicing, supplier portal usage, or payment termsJump in on cross-training, special projects, and team initiativesYour Recipe for SuccessAssociate or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred1+ year of Accounts Payable or related accounting experience requiredStrong attention to detail and ability to stay organized in a high-volume environmentComfortable communicating with both internal teams and external partnersExperience with Microsoft Office and ERP systems a plusBonus points for experience with Basware, D365, Fintech, or ConcurWhy You'll Love Your JobAs our founder Kent Taylor said, "We're a people-first company that just happens to serve steaks."
