We’re in search of a hard-working team player to join us as a maintenance and utility person. You’ll be in charge of the cleanliness, maintenance, and safety of our building. A typical day includes vacuuming, mopping, scrubbing floors, shampooing carpets, and any additional maintenance duties as needed. If you take pride in a clean space and love working on a team, fill out an application.
Compensation:$12 hourly, more with experience
Responsibilities:- Eliminate dangerous hazards and wipe up spills with squeegees or sponges
- Secure building by locking doors once cleaning is complete
- Report areas cleaned and make sure managers know if major repairs are needed
- Maintain the cleanliness and safety of the building
- Vacuum carpets, mop floors, scrub restrooms, dust furniture, and empty trash cans daily
- Must have a U.S. driver’s license or reliable transportation to and from the worksite
- Over 1 year of experience in cleaning services as a janitor or similar job
- Strong working knowledge of cleaning supplies and cleaning equipment
- Excellent stamina and physical health
- Candidates must be hardworking, detail-oriented, and have a strong work ethic
