You will manage access, monitor entry activity, respond to security-related concerns, and provide exceptional customer service and communication. Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $19.00 / Hour Job Schedule: Mon 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM Tue 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM Wed 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM Thur 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM Fri 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM What You'll Do: Provide exceptional customer service to tenants, visitors, and clients at the front desk of a commercial real estate location while carrying out site‑specific security‑related procedures and policies. Greet visitors, verify access authorization, issue visitor credentials, and direct guests to appropriate building destinations in accordance with established protocols. Monitor front desk communications, access control systems, alarms, and cameras as assigned; report unusual activity, maintenance concerns, and security‑related incidents to the appropriate personnel. Respond to incidents, visitor concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem‑solving manner, following emergency response procedures when appropriate. Maintain accurate visitor logs, incident documentation, and shift reports while supporting a professional and welcoming lobby environment. Minimum Requirements: Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
