Energy Analyst
Virtual Vocations Inc
Supporting the client's Environmental Sustainability team, the full-time Energy Analyst will track water usage, waste diversion, and assist with sustainability initiatives across the real estate portfolio while working remotely. Key responsibilities Conduct data audits and verification checks on utility consumption databases Complete monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting for water and waste data, identifying areas for improvement Research sustainability trends and innovative technologies to support GHG emission, waste, and water reduction goals Required qualifications BS in engineering or a related field 2 to 3 years of experience in business analytics focused on energy and CO2 consumption Industry-specific certification such as USGBC (LEED), IFMA (SFP), or AEE (CEM) Familiarity with energy conservation practices and alternative power sources Ability to effectively communicate with senior managerial and executive personnel
