Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of physical therapists, occupational therapists, nurses, and physicians to design comprehensive care approaches.
Educate patients and their families to empower ongoing progress beyond therapy sessions.
Participate in infrequent inpatient speech therapy evaluations and interventions to ensure seamless continuity of care.
Maintain thorough and timely documentation in accordance with state, federal, and organizational regulations.
Commit to ongoing professional development through continuing education and collaborative peer relationships.

Expertise in evidence-based treatments across age groups with a solid understanding of both developmental and acquired speech, language, and swallowing difficulties.
Strong interpersonal skills to connect effectively with patients, their families, and various care team members.
Adept at customizing therapy sessions to accommodate diverse cultural backgrounds and linguistic needs.
Demonstrated clinical judgment and problem-solving skills.
Comfortable navigating electronic medical records and maintaining documentation standards.
Competitive salary reflective of your experience.
Flexible work hours aimed at achieving an ideal work-life balance and managing diverse caseloads.
