Seeking a compassionate and dependable Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a contract opportunity in a skilled nursing and rehabilitation setting. GUARANTEED HOURS & PAY

• Guaranteed Hours: 36 Hours Per Week
• Pay Rate: $36.33 - $42.38 per hour

REQUIREMENTS

• Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN/LVN) License in good standing
• Current BLS certification preferred
• Previous experience in skilled nursing, rehabilitation, long-term care, or related healthcare settings preferred
• Strong clinical assessment and medication administration skills
• Excellent communication and documentation abilities
• Ability to work effectively within an interdisciplinary healthcare team
• Commitment to delivering compassionate, patient-centered care

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide direct nursing care in accordance with physician orders and individualized care plans
• Administer medications, treatments, and nursing interventions safely and accurately
• Monitor patient conditions and promptly communicate changes to the healthcare team
• Perform nursing assessments and maintain accurate patient records
• Assist with the development and implementation of individualized care plans
• Collaborate with physicians, registered nurses, therapists, and support staff
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Ensure compliance with infection-control procedures, safety standards, and regulatory requirements
• Educate patients and families regarding treatments and care plans
• Promote patient comfort, dignity, safety, and overall quality of life
