CRA And Fair Banking OfficerThe CRA and Fair Banking Officer is responsible for First United Bank & Trust's CRA and Fair Banking program management, and stakeholder engagement. The position will report directly to the Chief Culture and Communications Officer and will operate in close collaboration with the Compliance Department through a strong relationship to ensure alignment, consistency, and effective execution across the organization. This leadership role includes leading team members to support model management, data analytics, and ongoing program execution with each community bank and applicable business line.
