Job Skills / Requirements We are seeking a reliable and motivated Working Janitorial Supervisor to lead a custodial team while actively participating in daily cleaning duties. This is a fast-paced, hands-on role that requires strong leadership, effective problem-solving, and the ability to perform well under pressure. Responsibilities *Ensure compliance with the scope of work.
*Participate in operations meetings
*Follow up on quality inspections
*Ensure compliance with client work order program.
*Ensure compliance to all AHI standards and procedures.
* Review supplies
*Manage equipment audit compliance
* Equipment inventory.
*Employee coaching * Other Janitorial Duties as Needed Requirements
Previous Team Lead or Supervisor experience preferred
2-3 years cleaning services experience preferred Pay based on experience
Applicants must have valid driver's license. Applicants must have two valid forms of identification.

- MUST BE ABLE TO PASS A BACKGROUND CHECK
- 18 years or older
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
- MUST HAVE VAILD ID AND BIRTH CERTIFICATE (PERMANENT RESIDENT CARD ACCEPTED)
- Reliable transportation to and from work
- Able to comfortably lift 50 lbs
- Able to stand/walk for duration of shift
- Must wear steel toe or composite toe safety shoes (Not Provided by employer)
