Job Details

• Position Description: Physical Therapy assistant needed for Henderson community. Shift: 5x8 hour days.
• Certifications, Education Requirements, Degree Requirements, Location Requirements, and Years of Experience: Valid TX PTA License; minimum 1 year experience; residents from Henderson, Anderson, Cherokee, Rusk, Panola, Smith, Gregg, Van Zandt, Wood, Upshur, Camp, Hopkins, Franklin, Titus, and Morris counties are not eligible.
• Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per day, minimum 40 hours per week.
• Additional Information: Do not redirect or decline therapy travelers unless submitted to wrong discipline. Please screen for any missing skills or experience. Compliance rules require license in hand at time of submittal, completion of core onboarding items within 48 hours of contract signing, and onsite module completion during orientation.
