Pay: $35-$40/hr DOE.

Responsibilities:

The Blow Molding Area Specialist will be responsible for managing all parts inventory, training, maintenance activities, and parts ordering on all the SIPA equipment. They are responsible for maintaining safe work practices and being focused on quality, customer service, people development, and producing product at the lowest cost possible.

MUST be very well knowledgeable on injection equipment to be able to handle maintenance on the machine as well as a complete changeover of the molds.

Essential Job Duties:

• Undergraduate degree preferred, but will take experience in lieu of a degree.
• Must have 1-3 years' experience in a blow molding environment.
• Previous manufacturing and blow molding experience is required.
• Knowledge of maintenance and troubleshooting is required.
• Minimum of 1 year of manufacturing engineering experience with a beverage, food, or liquid consumer products manufacturer a plus.
• Must be familiar with a complaint to all GMP's and sanitation standards.
• Must have a working knowledge of SIPA equipment, e.g., 2090, and Linear machines.
• Must be experience in training operators on equipment operation and procedures.
• Must provide safety training for all Blow Mold personnel.
• Must have the ability to have flexible hours, and be able to supply coverage for multiple shifts.
• Must be able to multi-task and have good organizational skills.
• Good interpersonal, communication—oral and written skills are required.
• Must be able to coordinate and facilitate the training of new hire on SIPA equipment and PM's.
• Must be able to lead the Blow Mold team to operational and financial success.
