What You'll Do Prepare, cook, and serve meals according to established menus and dietary guidelines Keep kitchen, dining, and storage areas clean and up to health code standards Follow proper portion control and food safety procedures Help with menu planning and inventory rotation Create a positive, welcoming dining experience that supports student health and morale What You'll Bring A valid Food Handler's Permit (required) Experience in institutional, cafeteria, or commercial food service Solid knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices Flexibility to work the required schedule, including weekends Why ACI Alongside preparing healthy, satisfying meals, you'll model teamwork, professionalism, and care for young adults working to build better futures.
