Pay Range: $70,304.00- $72,104.00


The salary range for this position is $70,304-$72,104 per year for employees hired in the Central Valley, CA. Position Summary
As a Child and Family Social Worker , you will lead the Child and Family Team in developing and implementing individualized, traumainformed intervention plans. You'll conduct assessments, facilitate meetings, and ensure that services remain childcentered, familyfocused, and strengthsbased. Your leadership helps youth improve daily functioning, build resilience, and remain safely connected to their families and communities.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate, conduct, and document assessments, screenings, and Child and Family Team meetings in home and community settings
• Lead the development and implementation of individualized behavioral support plans
• Inspire and guide team members-including counselors, parent partners, and clinicians-to deliver highquality, strengthsbased services
• Support parents in fully engaging with services through rapportbuilding and motivational approaches
• Meet with families according to their schedules, adjusting your day as needed to support engagement
• Participate in afterhours oncall rotation to provide immediate crisis support when needed
• Maintain a childcentered, familyfocused approach that promotes safety, stability, and longterm independence

Qualifications

• Master's degree in psychology, social work, or a related field; OR
• Bachelor's degree in psychology, social work, or a related field plus at least 2 years of experience working with highrisk youth and families
• Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills
• Commitment to traumainformed, strengthsbased, familycentered practices
