Massage Therapist - On Call

Summary:
We are seeking a skilled, reliable, and customer-focused On-Call Massage Therapist to join our team. This position is ideal for a licensed therapist who enjoys a flexible schedule and is available to provide massage services based on client demand. The ideal candidate is passionate about wellness, delivers exceptional customer service, and creates a relaxing, professional experience for every client.


Key Responsibilities

• Perform professional massage therapy services tailored to each client's needs.
• Assess clients' health concerns and recommend appropriate massage techniques.
• Maintain accurate and confidential client treatment records.
• Ensure treatment rooms are clean, sanitized, and fully stocked before and after each session.
• Follow all state licensing requirements, health regulations, and company policies.
• Educate clients on wellness, self-care, and post-treatment recommendations.
• Arrive on time and be available for scheduled on-call appointments.
• Communicate professionally with clients and team members.
• Maintain a positive, welcoming, and professional environment.

Qualifications:

• Current state Massage Therapy License (required).
  
  
  
• Previous massage therapy experience is preferred but not required.
• Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and various massage techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Reliable transportation and flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand for extended periods.
• Ability to perform multiple massage sessions per shift.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
• Manual dexterity and physical stamina to perform massage treatments safely.
