The Springs at Boca Ciega Bay is actively hiring Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our team following our Grand Reopening. We are a 109-bed Skilled Nursing Facility and are hiring immediately.

Schedule:

Shifts available:

• Days (7:00 AM - 3:00 PM): Part-Time with Every Other Weekend

• Evenings (3:00 PM - 11:00 PM): Part-Time position available (Wednesday/Friday schedule) with Every Other Weekend

• Nights (11:00 PM - 7:00 AM): 2 Full-Time Every other Weekend

This role requires Florida AHCA Clearinghouse background screening.

Certified Nursing Assistant ( CNA ) Main Duties and Critical Tasks:

• Care for multiple residents in the facility.Observe Resident Rights
• Provide personal care and assistance with activities of daily living
• Assist nurse with admitting, transferring, and discharging residents
• Assist nurse in giving treatments and examining residents
• Assist with restorative and rehab care with proper instruction and supervision
• Come to work as scheduled and consistently demonstrate dependability and punctuality
• Certified Nursing Assistant ( CNA ) Required Education and Experience:
• Current and valid Certified Nursing Assistant ( CNA ) license in the state of practice and employment
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand the English language
• Ability to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant such action
• Ability to work harmoniously with other personnel
