Job Description: Source Inspection The ability to perform in-process and final source inspections including First Article inspections per AS9102 Quality Standards The ability to read and understand complex engineering drawings, specifications, geometric dimensioning and tolerances per ANSI/ ASME Y 14.5. The ability to perform mechanical measurement for verifying the compliance of complex machined, formed, and assembled aircraft/engine components. Prior experience with: Mechanical Skills: ( MCH - MACHINING,GEN MECHANICAL ) Electrical Skills: Electromechanical Electronic Skills: Circuit- Card Assemblies, Soldering, Micro-Electronic Special Process Skills: ( Casting, Chemical, Brazing, NDT, Heat Treat, Welding ) Supply Chain Management Skills: ( FIRST ARTICLE INSPECTION, CAV W/Suppliers ) Product Summary: Castings, Cables, Connectors, Minor Mechanical, Sheetmetal, PWBs/PCAs Scope of Work: Source Inspection, AS9102 First Articles, Surveillance (rarely) Notes Full-time activity Location: Multiple Suppliers in South California (LA) It is a W2 contract #J-18808-Ljbffr Unitek Technical Services Inc.
