They are accountable for directing the restaurant team and ensuring compliance with company standards in all areas of daily operation. They oversee food safety standards, training and motivating the restaurant team, leading the team in delivering great guest service, taking the lead in guest relations, product preparation, inventory management, and execution of cash policy, ensuring that the highest quality products and guest service are delivered to each guest. Additional duties as required or assigned. Responsibilities Direct the restaurant team and ensure compliance with company standards. Maintain food safety, quality, cleanliness, and hospitality standards. Motivate team and actively engage in guest interaction. Manage inventory, product preparation, and cash policy execution. Lead guest relations and ensure excellent service. Qualifications Positive, upbeat attitude and strong leadership skills. Willingness to take on a new challenge and thrive on being challenged in your role. Desire to maintain high standards around food safety, quality, cleanliness, and hospitality. Motivated to inspire and lead a restaurant team. Must be at least 18 years of age with a valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Desire to learn, grow, and adapt.
