Pay:$30.00/hr W2 Location:Glendale, AZ 85302, 100% onsite Assignment:September 14–December 31, 2026 What You'll Do Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC systems Work with chillers, compressors, motors, fans, valves, belts, piping, and controls Perform preventive maintenance and identify leaks or equipment defects Cut, thread, bend, weld, and braze tubing and piping Operate computerized energy/building management systems Read blueprints, diagrams, and work orders Provide lead support to HVAC and maintenance staff Assist with emergency repairs Estimate materials and coordinate with vendors Required EPA 608 Universal Certification or equivalent 3–5 years of HVAC experience High school diploma Ability to work in confined spaces and tight crawl spaces Preferred Experience withMetasys, BMS, VAS, building automation, or similar energy-management systems In-person interview required Must be available to start within two weeks of an offer HireRight background check and drug screening required Phoenix-metro candidates only Current city must appear on your resume W2 employment only Required Qualification EPA 608 Universal Certification or equivalent3–5 years of HVAC experienceHigh school diplomaAbility to work in confined spaces and tight crawl spaces #J-18808-Ljbffr SUNSOFT
