You’ll work hands‑on in customer homes, ensuring systems are installed, tested, and configured for optimal performance and reliability. You’ll be at the forefront of building customer trust through quality workmanship, technical expertise, and clear communication. You will: Install low‑voltage wiring and mount devices according to site layouts and routing plans Perform site assessments, system testing, and verify connections, including monitoring center communication Troubleshoot technical issues and flag defective materials or job inaccuracies that affect service quality Educate customers on system features, usage, and basic troubleshooting Maintain a safe, clean workspace and follow all safety protocols What you need to be successful We’re looking for tech‑savvy, detail‑oriented professionals who enjoy working independently, solving problems, and making a direct impact on customer satisfaction.
